Hello, I'm looking for a roommate to share a spacious and nicely renovated home. This condo is a 1,090 sq. ft. floor-thru with 3 exposures, great detail, light, ample storage and hardwood floors throughout. Large eat-in kitchen opens on to a private deck. There is also access to a large common garden, common laundry facilities. The bedroom is furnished with a bed and a desk.
