The building is occupied by quiet and serious students/researchers and, it is located near Mass. Ave. in Cambridge on the Someville Line thus, it is 5 minutes walking distance to Davis Train Station with a 10 minutes ride by train to MGH. The rooms are fully furnished and private with private entrances and private keys, private line cable T.V., DVD, private full size refrigerators, microwaves, toasters, coffee makers etc. The kitchens have all modern appliances and all cooking utensils. The monthly rent is $900 and includes water, cable, high speed internet and weekly cleaning of the kitchens and bathrooms. The building has a large laundry room with commercial coin operated machines.
