Homestay message
We have a beautiful international house. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large and sunny living room, an alcove, separate dining room, and a huge kitchen. We will not be able to provide meals, but you have your own kitchen complete with appliances and kitchenware to cook your own favorite food. This house is fully furnished with new furniture and appliances. Each room is furnished with new furniture: a bed, a desk, a chair, and a bookcase. Coin-operated washer/dryer in the basement. Plenty of storage in the basement.
The rent is vary according to the size of the room - between $650 - $800 plus utilities (gas heat, gas stove, electricity, ac in common areas, high speed internet, cable TV). Utility is about $150.
We welcome graduate international students/scholars to live in this international house. It's located within 15 minutes walk from Tufts University main campus, near bus stops, restaurants, and shops
