I am a pediatric physician in Japan, and wish to get a position of clinical
fellow at North America in the near future. My family in Japan is a wife (she once
lived in Boston) and a son; he is about 2 years old.
I am not good at speaking English, so I want to get a chance to speak English as much as possible during in U.S.
